Michael's relationship as a son of Henry Neff is questionable. He is the only Neff in the list of Henry's children that lacks concluding documentation. He is documented as PURCHASING property from the heirs of Henry Neff.

Michael married Rebecca Yoakum 10 Nov 1813, Hardy County, West Virginia. Rebecca (daughter of Jacob Yoakum and Mary Magdalene Stump) was born 1797, Hardy County, Virginia; died 8 Aug 1868, Bourbon County, Kentucky. [Group Sheet]
